Our challenge was to drive increased loyalty to Warehouse 24, The Balvenie’s loyalty programme and generate new members. We wanted to create an unparalleled experience for the brand. However, it had to be online.

We filmed and hosted a live, members only, online tasting for a new limited edition of The Balvenie whisky. Members and a friend were sent a tasting pack containing a 10cl bottle and two tasting glasses which they used to participate when viewing the tasting. The live chat function and Twitter feed allowed for the posting of comments to other viewers and questions to the panel in real time.
